Products and services

A powerful forecasting and decision support tool for managing your company's future.

The solution built based on the GoodsForecast.Planning product enables faster and better sales forecasting and planning, from strategic S&OP objectives to planning by individual SKUs. The system allows building, analyzing and coordinating plans across any sections (for the whole network, by warehouses, regions, categories, SKUs, etc.) and with any horizon and planning units (quarter, month, decade, week, etc.). We have combined in one convenient application tools designed for automatic and interactive forecasting, coordination of plans between the Company’s experts and departments and a special methodology for planning marketing campaigns. The result features a unique combination of high level of automation, manageability, transparency and usability.

Daily and accurate answers to the questions “Where?”, “What?” and “How many to deliver?”, optimal stock levels for each product at each outlet and required order volumes considering all cost factors, service requirements, logistics and merchandising parameters.

Our product, GoodsForecast.Replenishment, is designed to ensure that every store and distribution center in your area has exactly the right quantities of products every day. We have achieved maximum automation in calculating forecasts, insurance stocks and order volumes with due consideration of demand trends and fluctuations, margins, storage and diversion costs, shelf life, service requirements, supply flaws, current outlet and DC balances, reserves and goods-in-transit, layout, shelf, showcase and all logistics parameters. All calculations are transparent, while customization, analytics and convenient reporting allow managing the entire process and monitoring quality.

The high speed of the system (1 million forecasts per hour) will provide daily answers to the question “how much to deliver?” to a retail chain of any size. The result is a net saving of 1–3% of total chain turnover!

Promotions are one of the main sales incentive tools used by consumer product manufacturers and retailers around the world. The success of a particular promotional activity largely depends on the accuracy of demand forecast for the period of the promotion campaign and this task is significantly more complex than just forecasting regular sales.

The GoodsForecast.Promo solution enables to accurately predict the effects of promotions due to models that take into account various parameters of the ongoing operations. GoodsForecast.Promo enables the detailed analysis of all calculations performed by the system and expert adjustments at every stage: from settings to final evaluations. A flexibly customizable process for creating, calculating effects, reconciling and approving promotions allows all units of the company to manage promotions in a coordinated manner. Accurate planning will help reduce surpluses, reduce shortages during promotional periods and increase customer loyalty.

GoodsForecast.OSA (OSA – on shelf availability) ) is a system designed for the daily monitoring of lost sales, which enables to accurately determine the periods of shortages and lost sales, including intra-day ones, across different sections: by product, by category, by region, by store, in general for the chain, on a daily basis. The solution allows manufacturers to monitor the level of representation of their products on the chain's shelves and make timely adjustments to supply chain management. In addition to daily reporting, the system generates off-the-shelf alert signals in the course of the day and sends them to employees working in the front store or to the supplier's merchandisers, which significantly reduces lost sales.

Often companies have several unrelated plans. Marketing has a strategic output plan not broken down by counterparties; sales has its own plan broken down by counterparties but without showing specific products. Even the units of measurement in those plans sometimes don't match. As a result, despite the fact that a large number of employees are engaged in planning, the company has high balances of finished products and raw materials and at the same time can have a poor service level because the warehouse is often full of products that are not needed by customers.

Building a quality S&OP process enables to solve the above problems: significantly increasing the accuracy of a single forecast for all units of the company aimed to reduce balances, increase service level and, as a result, boost sales.

Inventory management is one of the key processes of manufacturing and retail companies. By building it intelligently, it is possible to significantly optimize logistics costs, reduce money frozen in inventories, reduce shortages and increase service level.
