GoodsForecast Employee: Close-Up Portrait

A couple of months ago we told you about the internal culture and traditions in the company, this time we want to introduce you to a typical employee of our company.

So, what is he like, that GoodsForecast employee? What kind of people choose the company and who does the company choose from the many candidates?

First and foremost, it is a master of his craft, who has shown himself in his professional field from the best side, a cool specialist or manager. This is checked while still in the search and hiring process. There is an assessment by the recruiter at the resume level. Then, the resumes that have passed this initial screening move on to a next stage of selection by the hiring manager. Following this, a series of interviews take place where the HR specialist evaluates the candidate's soft skills, while the manager assesses both their soft and hard skills. Professionalism comes under close scrutiny at the very start.

Second, this is a person who is on the same page in values as those who make up the backbone of our team. Open-mindedness, responsibility, result-oriented, willingness to help. He knows that his outputs affect the processes and outcomes of the whole company, and - fair enough both ways - values the contribution of colleagues to his processes and outcomes.

Third, this person places importance on managing and prioritizing their own time and the time of their colleagues. Who is able to both telecommute and work from an office in order to maintain a boundary between work and personal life during designated hours.

Fourth, it is a deep and thinking person who is ready and able to think outside-of-the-box, to see horizons and aim for the future while being in the present. Someone who sees and feels the trends in profession, grows in it, develops and does not stand still.

The fifth important quality is that he cares. Cares about the business, about the company as a whole, about the result of the common cause, the satisfaction of clients and the results of projects. He has a heart for success and is committed to the company, worried about it and looking in the same direction.
